Comments:  We could not get to the very top so cannot comment on the glass. There was some plywood sections on the observation tower as well, blocking the view and perhaps keeping people away from a handrail that needs repair? Again, no way to confirm this at this time.

Comments:  It was not staffed at that time, but it might be and they were away at the time. There has been a lot of traffic there.

Comments:  Some interior work was done in 2002 (new ceiling and interior paint). Needs a new floor, the old tiles are falling apart. Exterior in need of new paint and decking.
