Comments:  Overall, it was in good shape, with normal wear and tear on the floor and furniture.

Other encroachments?  (Describe)  There is a portable weather station over the rock wall that is distracting and the blue port-a-potty is a bit tacky, if more usefull on this rocky gound than a traditional outhouse.

Hello,

I was just at the Harl Butte lookout this morning. It has been scraped and very nicely repainted. The shutters still need to be finished. I think the bad weather this week has kept the painting crew away.

The damage to the very unique rock walls around the lookout have been rebuilt.
